3:30 Ministries exists to make much of Jesus and His kingdom by IGNITING missional movements, MOBILIZING churches to passionately engage in the Great Commission, and ENCOURAGING the body of Christ along the way. I (Timothy) am passionate about seeing churches catch fire with a passion for the Great Commission, and to understand how each member of a local church is called to play an active part in reaching those who are far from God.

IGNITE
3:30 Ministries exists to IGNITE missional movements...
- We believe that the Great Commission is for every follower of Jesus. We want to help every Christ follower catch a vision for evangelism, and have the confidence to live missionally.
- We believe that Generation Z has the potential to be a dynamic generation for the advance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We work to spark missional movements in this generation trusting that God will reverse the trend of the "Nones".
- We believe that evangelism is NOT a lost cause, and that Generation Z can and will become the most evangelistic generation since the early Church.

MOBILIZE
3:30 Ministries exists to MOBILIZE...
- We believe that the Church is God's Plan A for connecting those who are far from God to life in Christ. However, we also recognize that many churches struggle in the area of evangelism.
- We believe that churches possess the POWER to see an explosion of growth, and we want to help them see this come to fruition.
- We believe that the most fulfilling way to live life is living missionally, and we want to mobilize every church to experience the best God has for them.
ENCOURAGE
3:30 Ministries exists to ENCOURAGE:
- We believe that every person needs encouragement, and that those in ministry need it more than most! Ministry is hard, and it can be very lonely. We want to encourage ministers and ministry teams through the different challenging seasons that they face.
- We believe that followers of Jesus need encouragement now more than ever! We believe that the word of God is the ultimate Source of encouragement, and we want to use it to speak life into the people of God.
- We believe that walking in the way of Jesus is absolutely the road less traveled. There are times when followers of Jesus want to quit, and we are here to encourage ministers and disciples of Jesus to keep moving forward. The best things are on the other side of hard!
